At Pakkey Rang, every garment is a piece of art. Some are made on order, others are ready to ship. Timelines depend on what you buy and where you live.

What we ship

  • Customized, made-to-order: Created after you place the order, per your specs. Each piece is unique and QC’d before dispatch.

  • Pre-made: Ready-to-ship designs in select sizes. Final inspection before dispatch.

Processing timelines

  • Customized

    • Simple styles: usually 7–10 business days to make.

    • Complex styles: 10–14+ business days to make.

    • We’ll share an estimated dispatch date after order confirmation.

  • Pre-made

    • Dispatch in 1–2 business days if your size/design is in stock.

Delivery timelines (after dispatch)

  • India: generally 6–8 business days.

  • International (if applicable): varies by destination and customs.

Approximate total timelines

  • Customized: 13–22 business days (make + ship), depending on complexity.

  • Pre-made: 7–10 business days (dispatch + ship).

Shipping charges

  • Shown at checkout.

  • Free shipping may run during promotions.

  • International orders: duties, taxes, and import fees are paid by the customer.

Tracking

  • Tracking details are sent by email/SMS once dispatched.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate.

Packaging & QC

  • Every product is thoroughly inspected and packed to protect it in transit.

  • Customized specs are double-verified before dispatch.

Delays outside our control

Weather, strikes, remote locations, or courier disruptions can cause delays. We’ll keep you updated where possible.

Delivery issues

  • Please provide accurate address and contact details.

  • If the courier can’t reach you after repeated attempts or address is incorrect, the parcel may return to us. Re-shipping will require additional charges.

International orders (if applicable)

  • Delivery time depends on customs in your country.

  • You’re responsible for ensuring compliance with local import laws and paying any duties/taxes.
